Gives modifiers and makes sure everyone has the chance to do each movement no matter their skill level. Jill is also so sweet and welcoming. Was running a little behind and called ahead and she made sure there were mats and towels available and even laid them out so we could do yoga beside each other. So so kind! Love this place

I came in a bit rushed and realized I had forgotten my yoga mat, but the front desk staff greeted me warmly let me borrow both a mat and a towel free of charge since it was my first class, and even helped me out with a bottled water. The studio itself is super clean, neat, and well cared for. I took a Power Flow class with Erica and absolutely loved it. She was an amazing instructor, clear and grounding, and the class felt challenging but accessible. The vibe in the room was welcoming without being overly chatty, which I really appreciated. Everyone was respectful of the yoga space. The lighting and sound were great too. In smaller group fitness studios, sound can be hit or miss, but the mic here was crisp and well balanced, not too loud and not distracting at all. Overall, I really appreciated my time and experience here. Parking is easy at certain times of day, and while I can see it getting a little busy since it’s in an outdoor mall, there are plenty of parking garages nearby if you plan ahead.
