  I was a walk-in and the whole process was super quick and easy. The doctors there were very professional and friendly.

  Zero stars if i could give Zero. This place is so impersonal, Check in on Tablets and TV screen calling people back. I was given orders and need labs that day. I walked in and waited two hours and was still noted hr+ wait. I came back first thing in the morning and still waited two hrs. After knocking on the door, i was told walk ins usually wait 4 hours or more before they get in or if ever. Online appointments were broke now for 5 days. Never go here without an apt. Never go here with an appointment, do not want to support a business that is not people first. No one to talk to, no real receptionist, no one there cares. This business will replace by robots soon as they have the ability to. Do not give the money.

  The technician was friendly and fast, she knew what she was doing. The wait time was not bad either. The waiting area is too small, but the " text me when it's my turn" option is nice so you don't have to stand in crowded room. .

  Even at my more advanced age, I still have a little anxiety in having my blood drawn. The check-in was very fast and easy. The facility was clean and the nice lady that did my blood draw was quick and very pleasant.

  Staff was nice, facility was gross. There was uncleaned blood on the left arm rest of the chair that was very visible from a previous patient. It was in exam room 4 at the Bedford TX 76022 location on Hospital Drive.
