  Jackie was a big help recently. She helped my grandmother get new hearing aids because her old ones got chewed up by the dog! Thanks for being patient.

  I recently had my first ever hearing screening with Jackie at the Bedford location. She is amazing! Took all the time I needed to answer my questions and educate me and my husband. She was very thorough and considerate. I have not bought my hearing aids yet but will be getting back with Jackie!

  I appreciate Lydia and Jackie...very thorough and professional. So far so good on my 1 week trial period. The hearing is a very good improvement. Testing it out at restaurants and in groups has worked for clarity and hearing the softer spoken people.
