- JAJoel ArmeyNov 18, 20241.0While at Kroger Pharmacy a few miles from my house I was asked if I wanted a prescription to be automatically filled monthly, to which I replied "sure thats fine". But every month my prescription gets filled at the wrong location (Bedford TX) which is about 50 miles from my house. (I've never stepped foot into this location) When I call to cancel it they get mad and tell me it is not recurring. But sure enough, a month later I get a notification that it is ready... 50 miles away from me. I really don't care if they get the prescription ready only to put it back a week later, but I hate that they contact my doctor for more refills when it runs out Edit: Another month and another refill. I called and they said they would cancel it and put the medication back. Lets see if it happens!
