They had several people walking up ready to walk in and told everyone they closed at 1pm. One guy says he called right before going up there and they told him they closed at 3pm saturdays. Needs new management.

Tatiana assisted the first tech with my stick, then when (he)tried to blame the iodine lol, she took over and made my stick palatable also simultaneously making me feel comfortable! All I can say is she’s an exemplary employee and person!!! However the lady with no lab coat wearing blue scrubs, had the worst bedside manner, omg if you’re an unpleasant person please work with machinery Ms.Tynecia, or however you would spell that name, which aligns with the bad demeanor, just rude and thank you to Fernando for taking the time to , make sure I received tech help after 5 minutes off continuous beeping! And this whole experience happened before 10:00 am on a Friday weren’t even crowded like normally! Please get a firm GRIP MAAM!
