They went above and beyond to get him his glasses in one day so that he didn’t lose his job. Especially after another optical company botch them not once but twice (Stanton Optical, Port Arthur, Texas) and took over 2 months to get it right. Their professionalism of the entire staff is to be commended. They sent him to the opticians next door who redid his eye exam, it was his third one. The discrepancy was astounding and we discovered cataract issue that needs to be monitored, which would have went undiagnosed by the other place. I can’t say enough positive about this location in Beaumont, Texas. Thank you for everything you did.

Prescription was spot on.I asked for a case because I do not wear my glasses all day was told " No cases available, I could purchase one, did not receive a cloth to wipe my lens. I will not return. 2 stars only because the prescription was what I wanted.
