I get really tired of trying to argue and explain. I mean it's bad enough when you're talking to robots but actual people and they still don't understand and don't get it I just get too exhausted to even try. really sad part its their policies they don't understand. so what's the point you're not going to win for losing. and customer nowadays is not right.
