Beaumont Internal Medicine & Geriactric & Associates is excited to announce the opening of our second office. This expansion accommodates our growing practice and will allow us to provide more convenience to our patients. The new location is at 740 Hospital Drive Suite #160 Beaumont, and will officially open on July 20th. We are equally pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Gwendolyn Lavalais, who will be joining the practice at the new location along with Dr. Chad Hammett and Travis Read, NP who will also transition to the new location.
