I purchased my first inserts and Brooks from the Colleyville, TX store on November 5, but I still experienced pain. When I went to the Baytown store, he explained that Brooks runs 1/2 size smaller. Colleyville never mentioned that. He also said the Good Feet system will help, but not eliminate my arthritis pain in both feet. Again, Colleyville said it would. I had to purchase another pair of Brooks after only 1 month, but they fit MUCH better. Kudos to the young man who helped me, for his integrity and honesty!
