  Called around 10a.m. to see if they had the medicine and she said to call after 1 p.m. to see if it's ready. I called again and they said to call at 3 instead. I called again they said they didn't have any medication under the name. I'm like I called earlier. Then she said they had it and that it would be ready in an hour. I showed up almost at 5 p.m and it wasn't ready. They said they had it but needed to be fixed. I went to go shop and came back. Still not ready now it's past 6 and nothing... There was a bunch of customers there with the same issue. They all left with unresolved issues.

  Jenice was very unprofessional. It seems like she is not capable of handling any minor inconvenience without getting rude, snarky, and shutting down. I was going back and forth with her for around 20 minutes due to insurance issues and instead of seeking help from a manager or someone else, she kept on telling me that she “didn’t know what to do” and that “she couldn’t do anything” with a nasty attitude. The system was glitching and not working with my insurance and she was taking out her irritation on me. I had to ask her to get a manager because she kept on repeating the same thing over and over. I wasn’t rude to her at all throughout the whole interaction because I didn’t want to escalate the situation so I don’t understand why I was treated this way. This is the second time a worker at this pharmacy has been rude to me and my family and it’s unacceptable.

  Came in 5 minutes before 9 and told me they we're closed. They do not care what medicine you need and don't care that you work all day.
