Bastrop Community Health Center delivers affordable, patient-centered primary care for all ages, including checkups and sick visits, management of diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure, women’s health, pediatric care and immunizations, and school/sports physicals. We also offer dental services to keep your teeth and gums healthy: cleanings, fillings, X-rays, sealants, fluoride treatment, extractions, and dental care education. On-site mental health care is available with licensed professional counselors in partnership with Bluebonnet Trails Community Services. Bilingual staff. We accept Medicaid/CHIP, Medicare, and most private insurance; sliding-fee discounts may be available. New patients welcome.
