  Super easy to walk in, check in and get blood work done. Took maybe 10 minutes. Very nice person that took my blood.

  Facility looked clean. I arrived at 7:30 doors opened and the staff then disappeared. The checkin kiosks were off. No one said to touch the screen to turn it on. No instructions just us people waiting figured it out among us. I was 1.5 hours early for my scheduled appt time so i wanted to ask if they could move me up. How? No one to talk to. Cant ask or call or speak to no one. Your number comes up and you go to a back room to get your blood draw. Automation is killing human service.
