  Awesome, delightful experience with the Dr. and the entire staff at Sanova Dermatology!!! They removed my basal cell cancer with precision and professionalism. The entire team is wonderful, caring, and thorough. I felt safe and in the best hands. I highly recommend.

  I visited this dermatology clinic ONCE and had a normal experience during that appointment. I scheduled a follow-up visit but had to cancel due to work-related reasons. After canceling, I was never contacted to reschedule. What concerns me is that I later started receiving bills in the mail for tests that I never had done and never consented to. This is very frustrating and confusing, as I only attended ONE appointment and did not agree to any additional procedures or testing.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Christine! She is so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and confident. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and it shows in her work. 10/10 recommend she’s amazing at what she does! I am definitely coming back for more services

  I made an appointment to be seen on February 18, 2026, at this location: 12319 N Mopac Expy #100, Austin, TX 78758. and after a couple of hours I received a call from the manager, her name is Annalise and she told me I couldn't return to that location or any other, without giving me an explanation. To this day, no one has told me why. This is a clear example of DISCRIMINATION, as I can't find a reasonable reason. I've tried to contact Regional Operations Leader Mia Dodd and Medical Director Ted Lain of Sanova Dermatology to get an explanation why I am not allowed to be treated at this clinic. I feel it's my duty as a patient to make this public and at the same time not recommend going to this or any other location unless you want to be DISCRIMINATED against, because that's what Sanova Dermatology is doing. What they're doing to me could happen to many people. In my opinion, this clinic should fire incompetent people, including doctors who show little empathy for their patients. In this turbulent world, there should be no room for racist, disrespectful, and unprofessional people.
