- CCcarly collinsJan 23, 20265.0i miss being close to this pharmacy so much. i have to come to the pharmacy every month for medications. i moved up north to heb and i realize how lucky i had it with this location/pharmacy. always helpful. always personable and nice to me. my new pharmacy is such trash that i started reminiscing on how much i loved the staff at randal’s on ben white. they were always on time too. i forget the pharmacist and pharmacy techs names specifically but i think of them often and fondly!!!
- FJFred JJun 15, 20253.0I walk in and there is no line. They say, "be right with you!" I wait at least 5 to 10 minutes. There are four people there but no one to get my meds. I guess the customer is not that important. The people at the cash registers are more friendly.
