  The staff are not trained on how to help customers to sign up for walk-in, if they already have an appointment. There was nobody there when i went - but the tech will not help me because i was unable to sign in. Was very argumentative.

  Horrible. Got here over 30min before noon closing on a Saturday and tried to sign in at the kiosk. Would not let me check in. No one would come to the front desk. Should have expected this experience when I saw the star rating. If you don’t have a hard copy of your insurance or kiosk, won’t take it.

  The bathroom didn’t have soap or paper towels. I’ve never had an issue with getting blood drawn and had to be stuck 3 times

  We were a walk in for lab work, wait time was around 45 minutes. The phlebotomist, Melly, was very helpful, took the time to answer our questions even though it was clear that she was busy. She was patient and empathetic during the lab draw and took the time to make sure that my partner was comfortable when we explained that lab draws were sometimes difficult. Of note, there is no front desk staffing on the day we were there. Check in is via kiosk and any questions you had had to wait until the lab techs came to the door to call in their next patient. This is not particularly patient or staff centered. Melly is the reason for the 5 star rating. Thank you to Melly. And Charles who was kind enough to let us use his room which had the only bed in the lab.
