  I had a really good experience at this Quest location. They were seeing people exactly at their appointment times, which I appreciated. The television screen in the waiting area shows check ins, and it was clear they were staying on schedule. Betty was wonderful. She was kind, gentle, quick, and very skilled. I have small veins and usually bruise quite a bit after blood draws, but this time I only ended up with a very small mark. The whole visit was smooth and professional. The next time I need lab work, I will definitely come back to this location.

  Ms. Betty at the Randal's facility on BenWhite and Mencheca is THE BEST! She is always kind, caring and an EXCELLENT technician. Thank you Ms. Betty and Quest lab for having such outstanding staff.

  I walked into this location without reading any of the prior reviews. I was seen by Jane, the phlebotomist. She was incredibly kind and professional. There were some inconsistencies with the tests my doctor ordered and the tests that could be run at this location. Jane did some serious troubleshooting that required real patience. I know she was busy that day, but it meant a lot to me that she cared about doing her job well rather than just doing it quickly. I felt respected throughout my interaction. In the future, I will make an appointment because of how busy these locations are, but I am glad that I had a good experience regardless.

  I second the other reviews about the grey haired nurse. I swear she makes her own rules. I was checked in and at my appointment 10 mins prior to my appointment time even though she was running 20 mins late at the time of writing this and she decided to see someone who was below me in line and scheduled an hour later. Previous time I was here, I waited 1.5 HOURS because she refused to see me as a walk in and had to wait till my appointment time.
