Everything just feels a little less than desirable in this experience. It all just feels like someone in private equity was like, "How can we make this as cheap as possible? Cut a front desk person and use a machine? Check. Plug it in some extra space in a Walmart near the check out machines? Check. Pack a bunch of people awkwardly in a room with no backup plan in case things run behind? Check. Make the blood draw process feel impersonal because there is really no chance for small talk? Check." It's a step up from going to the DMV but not by much. It feels dry and sterile and not welcoming. Did they stick me and get what they needed, yes but I don't think I care to come back if I have a choice in the matter.

Harlow, the phlebotomist, was excellent!!!
Her relaxed, friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. When Harlow did the blood draw, there was minimal discomfort and no bruising the next day!!!
You are lucky to have such a great person and careful technician working for you.
Merly is THE BEST ... She is amazing, professional and extremely experienced. Overall this location everyone is really nice and make the process seamless. Thank you for making mine like that Merly :)

This was my second time coming in as a walk-in. Even with a full lobby, the process was smooth and quick. My tech, Charlie, was amazing. She was super friendly and in great spirits early in the morning. She even helped track down my requisition when we had trouble finding it. I was in and out within minutes. Definitely recommend!
Had to make an appointment, show up strictly not later than 10 mins before the scheduled time at 10:30 for a hearing at 10:20, since they’re calling in appointments scheduled for 9:00AM.
That’s just disrespectful and disgusting
