  It’s been 10+ years since I last saw a dermatologist and I’m so glad I went to Pro Derm and I will continue to return! The office is so clean and inviting, and all the staff I encountered were super helpful and open to my concerns. I was also seen quickly after check in. I got great skincare recommendations and they were even able to help me out with some nail concerns. Overall, very happy with the service received from Pro Derm and Dr. Proffer.

  Front desk and nurses and assistants were very nice. The doctor was very unprofessional. She needs to go back to school to learn proper protocol and hygiene. It is astonishing what she tried to touch with dirty gloves. She did not even apologize for it. Overall she is uninformed and lacking in basic assessment skills as well. I do not recommend this office and would not trust this doctor with any type of care or procedure.

  Great experience! I was seen within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment! Attentive and experienced staff- Dr. Proffer and the PA were amazing! Will be returning!

  Dr. Sydney Proffer and the staff at ProDerm are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment my husband and I walked in for our appointments, we were met with smiles, and asked if we needed anything. Dr. Proffer was professional, answering our questions and explaining in detail, step by step procedures she will be doing, taking care of our concerns and easing my anxiety. We recommend Dr. Proffer for your dermatology needs!

  I cannot express how much Dr Sydney Proffer has changed my life in the past week. I've had lipomas in my lower back for several decades which have been debilitating to my range of motion, my ability to function doing anything physically active, actually painful to deal with everyday at this point. I never thought that there would be any resolution to this problem, and that I'd have to live with this for the rest of my life. Well not anymore, having removed just the one on my left side has had miraculous results and I feel better than I have in a very long time. I cannot thank you and your wonderful staff enough for this Dr Proffer. You have literally changed my life for the better. Thank you so much 🙏
