  It very frustrating dealing with inconsistent policies. Vikie appears to make and change rules without prior notice, which creates confusion and a lack of trust. Everyone else seems to follow whatever she says—whether it’s fair or not—which makes the environment feel unprofessional and unpredictable. A clearer explanation of the new payment policies would have been appreciated before my arrival, rather than wasting my time that morning. Overall, customer care needs serious improvement. I expected better communication, consistency, and professionalism.

  Lost 50 pounds slow and sober. Knowledgeable staff, courteous. Journalling everything you eat is key to keeping weight off.Good supplements especially electrolytes.

  I have been coming to Medi-Weightloss for 6-7 weeks now. I was incredibly nervous to start this journey because I was hesitant about paying for a program and it not working. Upon my first assessment, I knew this was the place for me. With weight-loss, I need hand holding to make sure that everything I am doing is beneficial towards becoming a healthier version. They take you through all the information they obtain and explain in detail what is important and what to focus on. They always answer any questions I have. I have already lost 28lbs and have never felt better. I have a long way to go but I have never been more committed. Seeing results immediately is what pushed me forward. All the staff here is so nice and generous. They are always so helpful. I always arrive earlier than my appointment time, and they make sure I get back in a timely manner. I really appreciate everything Medi-Weightloss has done for me!

  I just had my consultation appointment! I am so excited to get started. For the first time ever- I feel confident that this is the way to go. I will be successful with this team! Chris and Maria are very knowledgeable and encouraging. What a great way to start 2017! They emphasize health and wellness- not just losing weight! I will update all during my 16 week program! Update: i have now lost 30 lbs and feel wonderful! The last 10 lbs are a struggle for me, but my wonderful Medi team is with me all the way. The staff is encouraging and helps me look at my journal to tweak any areas that may be holding me up. Give me constructive feedback on what needs to happen. I.e. More exercise, more rest etc! This has been the best experience of my life for my health! Come! Get started today. You have everything to gain and everything to help you lose!!!
