  Wonderful staff and respectful. I loved it also because my son with autism was treated as a human being and not laughed at. The last one I went with my son they laughed. In this place we had a positive experience and will go again.

  Great experience at Mann Eye- Kyndal was super patient and sweet helping my son. Very attentive and detail oriented staff.

  Great, friendly and attentive staff. Dr Tremblay was very nice! Covered all the bases with me to prepare me for my surgery. I highly recommend Mann Eye!!!

  I will spend the rest of my life regretting having premium out of pocket lens replacement here. I was tired of reading glasses initial appointment and was told all was very good and good candidate for full lens replac. 10$ thousand dollars later and my vision could not be worse. It’s been 18months and I cannot live without reading glasses and cannot see well in bright lights. 18 months and cannot drive at night without horrible glare and halos. Even a sunny day and I must shield my eyes. I am miserable and angry at both my decision to do which was fine with prescrips and with the process. It’ s all about the money and percentages. I was never happy with the initial eye exam by a disinterested adolescent who did not like my questioning of results. No amazingly second exam and bang new eye lenses ordered. Imagine your born with lenses burned off and new lenses sewn on and one eye test!! Follow up appointments useless. No matter what my complaints and issues am told, “all looks ok” and give more time!!! Two years now of course what could they say. When I asked to see the surgeon after 6 months was told “maybe one day a new replacement option might exist, we will put you on the list” Imagine that cannot see well need glasses on all the time now and in my 70’s and maybe one day. I am so miserable with my eye sight now and was much better before but $10K out of pocket and they move on. Oh BTW I wrote a note regarding all this to the alleged Dr Mann in Houston and never ever received a response. I arbitrarily chose the wrong facility and and either so wish I never did or went elsewhere.

  I had Lasik over two years ago at Mann Eye Institute. I had called 18 months after surgery because one of my eyes started to become dry and blurry. My students and my coworkers started noticing that I kept blinking with one eye. I called them and they told me I was out of the warranty period. I went from wearing contacts to now having one eye that becomes progressively blurry throughout the day. I’m going to see another eye doctor now to get one contact when I had laser two years ago.
