I was immediately greeted and seen by Aubrey who was able to provide a new screw and fixed my glasses, free of charge. Although the store appears smaller compared to others I’ve been to, the overall service was excellent.

I walked into the door, and he literally kept me waiting at the door and plucked out the first frames next to me and said that's one of the few wide frames they had - even though they said they had "plenty" of wide frames when I called ahead. Finally a different sales woman stepped in, who was more genuinely trying to help me. The two stars are for her taking the initiative.

She even ran to the other side of the store, a couple of times, and showed me more similar frames. Sitting with her at her computer was also fantastic.
