- MMMitchell4 days ago1.0The pharmacy at this store is so bad. Call multiple times to get a prescription refilled and every time I come it’s not ready. Lines are always long and regardless of showing them my HEB text saying my prescription is ready, it’s never ready when I come.

Then in person, my doctor sent the script this morning, 10 hour’s later & I’m told it will be ready in the morning they will have to order it!!?? When I asked which HEB had that med now? Magically it will be ready in 10 minutes!? And it was- but whyyyy wasn’t it ready? So yes,1 star, poor customer service, first on the phone, then in person. H‑E‑B don’t start failing me now. Normally you can count on attentive customer service on the phone & in person BUT today?? NO not today.

She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. She explained everything so clearly that I walked out feeling confident and informed. I’m convinced she could teach a masterclass on how to make people feel comfortable and at ease. If every pharmacist were like Peyton, no one would ever be nervous picking up a prescription again.
- IMIt's Me!Mar 9, 20261.0My Rx was sent over and I went to pick up and they said it would be tomorrow. Then I go the next day after the automated call and the insurance has not paid for. Of course I want the insurance to pay for it. I also want to pick up all of my Rx's at the same time, not make separate trips when I'm not well. Too much hassle, too many trips, too many calls. I transferred my Rx to another pharmacy.

There’s one pharmacist / tech there that treats you with what’s best described as dark comedy, I mean it’s effectively just funny at this point that it’s so reproducible. I’ve learned to recognize her voice and I’m like oh man, let me hang up and call back when she’s not working. I’m switching to riverside location just to avoid, she’s truly miserable
