- AHAndreas HubbardApr 6, 20261.0The billing department at Golds Gym is predatory and extremely confrontational. I’ve had Golds gym for a very long time, and throughout the years, the constant gripe is the never ending battle with the billing department. Hidden fees, charging accounts twice, “non sufficient funds fees” even with proof of funds in the accounts, amongst many other failures coupled with their unwillingness to even attempt to work with you is what makes this place unbearable to deal with. The unfortunate part is that in my opinion the gym itself is great for what it is, but the billing department is an absolute hell hole and they need to nuke it.

They will bill you and extra month no matter when you cancel. I cant stand money hungry companies who take advantage of people like this. Its only 40 bucks but its complete disrespect for the consumer. No other subscription dos this and if that’s the case they will not have good things for me to say about them either. 👎

- SVSarah VanBindsbergenFeb 20, 20264.0Good gym. No pool or hot tub. Has everything you need otherwise. Sauna is gendered - within each locker room. Never overly crowded. As of 3/21/26, the showers in the women’s locker room have extremely low water pressure and very rarely hotter than lukewarm water. The sauna has exposed screws that are hard to see and burn when they touch your skin.
