I have slim, long feet and osteoarthritis. I've worn custom orthotics for several years but only had one pair. I heard about good feet and decided to try it. The first visit was extensive. The store manager was extremely helpful and set me up to use an orthotics to help me with my for and all my various shoes. I was told my for will improve with this system over time. I'm excited to see the changes. Something my current orthotics did not do since they only held my foot in place vs helping it to improve.

We went in today because my mom was having foot problems. Anna was very helpful and got her everything she needed to get on the right track. Even though it got busy, Anna was great at tending to everyone and was very friendly.

Awesome experience! Highly recommend. I came into the store with my husband and was quickly fixed up. My back, hips and feet felt so much better before even leaving the store. Anna knows her stuff!

Anna was INCREDIBLE! I have a bunch of pain in my right foot due to my high arches. I never knew there was corrective inserts but I got the starting kit and I’m so excited to go to work and try them out. I’m even more excited they’ll work with most/all of my other shoes so I can look cute without hurting myself.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went in there desperate and in horrible pain. I was told the only inserts I could get were over 2k. So I did it bc I was just so tired of being in pain, but was told they are lifetime. Worst decision ever. They have only made my problem worse, I have gone back at least 2-3 times to swap out and a few days later I can barely walk. They are hard plastic inserts that are extremely overpriced. I will say the customer service is good but of course it is when you're spending over 2k. I have given the inserts over a year to improve and no such luck. Sad thing is you can't get your money back and I maxed out my credit card hoping these would be life changing, when in fact they made everything worse. Just save your time and money these are absolute garbage.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
