Very good service at the Lakeline location! Quick and painless to shop here! MJ did a great job assessing my feet and got me set up.
Update: it has been 4 days since I got my orthotics. I broke my ankle in Feb 2021 ans I have had a knot in my ankle ever since. The second day using the orthotics, I could tell the knot was breaking down. The area is still a bit sensitive to massage but the knot is mostly gone. All because my arch needed a different kind of support. Thank you MJ!

If you are shopping at The Good Feet Store you have more money than sense. I was so pissed off when she told me $2,500. WTH. I am seeing a podiatrist on Friday. How do they stay in business?

All I can say is that I got robbed. Yes, their insoles work, but their sales person took advantage of my situation. I was in pain, vulnerable and she encouraged me to get not only the soles (all of them), but also a pair of tennis shoes that, honestly, I didn't need.
Your sales person is a tricky one who took advantage of a senior person in pain, knowing that such person worked part time for a low hourly wage.
Can you believe that the cost of the shoes and soles was of $2,500.00?? Yes, you read it right!
That's what she sold me. She's a good sales person, isn't she??
It's been over a year that I stopped working for the company I used to work when this happened, and at this time I'm still figuring out how to pay the rip off of my life.
What Anna, your sales person did, is totally unethical, and in plain words, a robbery.

I have slim, long feet and osteoarthritis. I've worn custom orthotics for several years but only had one pair. I heard about good feet and decided to try it. The first visit was extensive. The store manager was extremely helpful and set me up to use an orthotics to help me with my for and all my various shoes. I was told my for will improve with this system over time. I'm excited to see the changes. Something my current orthotics did not do since they only held my foot in place vs helping it to improve.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
