Kory was awesome! It was quick, easy and sooooo impactful. I never knew custom fitted orthotics would have such a huge impact. And yes, there is an upfront investment but the lifetime not just warranty but annual checkups with replacements makes it well worth it. I wish I had not waited!!!

Been using GFS since 2019’ish. It had been 18 months since my last inserts, and I’d only been using the riding ones. The store manager Kory fitted me with three different ones and I could instantly feel a difference! The riding ones - I felt my knees become more centered and my gait smoother. The maintainers, I felt stretching my feet and addressing some pre-plantarfasciitis pain I’d been having. The relaxers, my could feel my feet literally going “aaaaahhh!” Amazing service! GFS for LIFE!!!

I visited The Good Feet Store due to ongoing post-boredom back pain. During my initial appointment, Korey was very kind and professional. He measured my feet and provided a product package based on those measurements. Unfortunately, the shoes he provided were too large, so I requested a smaller size. The new pair fit better, but I didn’t like the color, so I decided to use the inserts in my existing shoes instead.
I carefully followed all the instructions and used the product at home, along with the relaxer that evening. However, I woke up the next morning with significantly more back pain than before. I decided to give it another try for a few hours that day, but the pain became unbearable. At that point, I lost confidence in the product and returned to the store to speak with Korey again.
This time, Korey’s attitude had changed — he was unfriendly and dismissive, showing little interest in hearing about my experience or the pain I was in. I was in tears from the discomfort. Thankfully, Korey eventually contacted corporate and processed a full refund for me. I left the store still in pain, but relieved that I no longer had to use a product that was making me uncomfortable.
Later, I wanted to confirm that my refund had been processed, so I tried reaching out to Korey. He did not return my calls or voicemails for some time, and when he finally answered, he was once again rude. During our conversation, he told me, “I don’t ever want to see you at the store again.”
I was shocked and hurt by that response. I don’t understand why I was treated this way simply because the product didn’t work for me. As a customer who was already in pain and disappointed, being spoken to like that was deeply upsetting. I am truly disappointed by how Korey handled the situation.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
