He took the time to check my online receipt info and found I had $25 protection plan. He submitted a request for new lenses to be made. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He is definitely an asset to your company! Because of him, I will be returning to this store when I purchase my next pair of glasses! Also I will be recommending your store to my friends and family!
