  I’ve seen two doctors here. Both were very efficient and nice. I know this is not uncommon these days, but they require you to either keep a credit card on file or pay a $100 deposit at your visit. Given the widespread prevalence of medical data leaks, it’s a terrible idea to ask patients to keep financial information on file if it’s really not necessary. It would be a lot less lame if you just billed your patients later. If this kind of thing doesn’t phase you, read this as a five star review instead of three.

  Great experience with the staff and doctors. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there's been a wait both times I've been there. Nothing ridiculous, maybe 15-20 minutes after the appointment time.

  I’d say we addressed a few issues I’m facing, and have follow up visits. I’m pleased with the focus we have on these issues. I’m not super pleased with the results (yet) and I also don’t care for the customer service / client care (or lack thereof). Hopefully this improves during my next visit

  Strongly advise against for medical care. Was referred by primary for a general screening on moles, etc; no map provided - this alone is telling. Made to undress entirely unnecessarily, which was… odd at best, and felt pointedly inappropriate in context. Overall, providers are uninterested in care; the focus of this business is elective services and skin care product sales, and they don’t even try to hide it.

  Misty did a phenomenal job with the MiraDry procedure! I'm so happy to finally not have to worry about stickiness or smell and ruining clothes with deodorant anymore, especially as we're about to roll into the Texas summer heat here soon. Super friendly staff, nice facility, and reasonable pricing!
