I have been a customer at this pharmacy for almost 2 years, and I have never had a good experience. The service is horrible and rude. Today the I had eyes rolled at me, before she turned away and left without helping me. I'm not from America, and I can have a hard time expressing myself, but I expect customer service to be at least decent, no matter the circumstances. My husband will do the prescription pick up for my sick kid later today, and we will not be back. Ever!

Some of the pharmacists are wonderful, helpful, and amazing. However, this is the third time in a row that I have gotten two people at the same time that don't understand how to input a prior authorization. They always act like it's my fault, or that there's a problem on the back end, but then I come the very next day when one of the competent pharmacists is working and suddenly I have no issue. The sad thing is the competent pharmacist sat down with the incompetent pharmacist two months ago to help show her how to deal with her confusion, so I watched her being shown how to correctly enter things for check out --- and yet, today she couldn't do it again! The problem is that I never know now if I'll actually be able to pick up my drugs, because if one of the incompetent checkers happens to have that shift, then that means I just don't get to have my prescriptions that day.
