I love attending Pure Barre at the Domain! I’m still fairly new, but every class is such a fun challenge and always leaves me feeling stronger. The workouts are intense in the best way, and I actually look forward to going!

I went to a free class with a co-worker. The initial class was a mix of a few types they offer. I am a 43 year old female right a 200 lbs. I work out 3 days a week, and I was able to mostly keep up. I don’t feel the class was easy to follow, but it did give me a lot of new moves or stretches. The reason I am ranking it a two star, is the pushiness of the staff. Before I went, I scheduled a week out, I got multiple calls, even when I stated I worked nights and slept during the day. And multiple text messages. After the class, I mentioned that I couldn’t commit for at least a month, because I’d be traveling for 3 weeks between work. I even spoke to the teacher about deals at a place she was traveling. They still called me for the next three days. I told them each time I couldn’t commit to anything until I got back. The third phone call I told them to remove me, because of the constant harassment from their staff. Do not try this place out unless you 100% want to commit. The staff will call and text you nonstop.

I took the free class to see if the studio would be a good fit for me. While the class was very good, and the trainers very friendly, I am very turned off by how many calls, voicemails, emails, and texts they bombard you with to get you to sign up. 6 phone calls, 5 voicemails, and 9 emails in 10 days. I understand the free class’s whole purpose is to gain new members, and following up after to gauge interest is good business sense, but much was too much for me. I recommend the contacting the studio if you’re already decided on committing to them and not on the fence, unlike me.

I absolutely love everything about Pure Barre—the routines, the incredible instructors, the music, the welcoming staff, the studio itself, and even the app… truly everything! Honestly, there isn’t a single thing I don’t love. This experience has been completely new for me, and now I can’t imagine my life without it. Thank you for creating such an inspiring and empowering space!
