I had already scanned in and had run out to my vehicle to grab my hat and after walking back in the employee, a small skinny black man working 11/17 around 3:30, aggressively tapped my shoulder to tell me I needed to scan in. After telling him I had already scanned in he then made smart remarks and continued to make them as he walked away. Going to be canceling this membership.

People in the changing room just lying on the benches watching the phone. Both times I was on the treasmill people around just smelled so bad I have to look for a new treadmill. Maybe it is because of the people who lives in this area. I went twice because on Tuesdays I have meetings by Anderson lane, but I usually go to the Mopac one. I have tried as well the one in Pflugerville just a bit better and the one in Sout Austin which is similar to the one of Mopac. But I won't come back to this facility.

The equipment is always in great condition, and there’s a wide variety of machines and weights to fit any workout routine. 💪 The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help or answer questions. The environment feels safe and inclusive — whether you’re a beginner or a regular gym-goer, it’s easy to feel comfortable here. I also appreciate how well the facility is maintained — from the locker rooms to the workout floor, everything is spotless and organized. Overall, this location makes it easy to stay consistent and motivated. Highly recommend! 👏🏋️♂️
