He called me due to a previous 1 star review that I had left due to Planet Fitnesses false advertisement. He asked me to gather some information that I didn’t have on hand at the time of the phone call and to call him back after his upcoming meeting. He assured me that he would be taking care of my issue, in hopes of making up for this first bad impression that they had left. So, I got home and gathered the information that he was requesting and called later that day, I ended up getting his voice mail and left him a message. It has now been over a month and 4 messages later and have yet to hear back from him. I have been more than patient with this company and am now going to look elsewhere for my fitness needs! Absolutely ridiculous! I was really hopeful that I Planet Fitness would have turned this around for me, but instead just made things worse!
