  I had been suffering from hearing loss in one of my ears for many years. I had bought an hearing aid from a store but it did not much help. I then came across a Miracle Ear advertisement and took an appointment with this store. Betty Silguero, Audio specialist, after completing a quick audio test, recommended a set of blue tooth enabled hearing aids which has helped me hear sound even from the side of impacted ear. Betty is a true hearing professional and very knowledgeable. Miracle Ear's three month follow-up service is awesome! I highly recommend Betty and Miracle Ear to anyone needing this service.

  I booked my appointment in store; the process was very easy. My audiologist Betty, was very professional her product knowledge really helped in the decision-making process. The entire hearing test took 5-10 minutes, the amount of data the test provided was very informative. Betty took her time to go in depth to explain the information and answered all my questions. Betty provided me the use of the model I selected for a free trial basis. I was blown away; I found them easy to use, light weight. Highly recommend, great service and experience.

  I enjoyed a very satisfying visit at this Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center. Ms. Silguero went above and beyond to diligently conduct the hearing tests. She spent a lot of time to explain the different issues related to hearing aids, and patiently resolved all the technical problems associated with compatibility, until we tested a device that fit all specifications. She is very knowledgeable in her field, and very understanding. Thank you.

  This is a wonderful office. Cynthia is a welcoming receptionist and Betty is amazing and super knowledgeable at her profession. She is warm and caring and we feel blessed to know her.
