I had a really great experience with the staff here, the MRI technician made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease when I was very nervous and talked me through the procedure. The receptionist was super nice and worked with me on the schedule. I would highly recommend them.

They do a good job experience wise in office, but they did not deliver the MRI results within the 48 hour window that was promised. It's 2.5 weeks later, haven't received a single email, not able to sign up for their online portal because we never received a "patient id" and I've called 5x and can't get a hold of a human. There is no email address listed on their website. Out of integrity. Waste of time. Unreachable.

Seeking information on how to file a formal complaint with the billing services for longhorn imaging. I spoke twice with a woman name “Traneice” through their billing department, asking simple questions on the process of receiving my refund for an improperly billed amount. She was extremely rude and condescending both conversations, both on December 1st and December 15th. She is giving Longhorn a bad image and name and needs to be let go if she’s so miserable in her work. Her customer service is the reason I will never go back to this establishment, lest I end up having to deal with her horrible attitude again for simply doing her job and answering a customers questions.

I had a fantastic experience at Longhorn Imaging on James Casey in South Austin. From the moment I called to make my appointment, I felt welcomed. Nikki and Ally at the front desk were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The office atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it was very clean, which is very important to me. Victoria, the technician, was also wonderful—she made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend Longhorn Imaging for anyone in need of imaging services!

Went here today for a lumber MRI. I am extremely nervous about MRI, the idk of metal accidents and claustrophobic. I took medication ahead of time but didn’t seem to help much. Asked about feet first as this is how Ibhave been able to tolerate the procedure in the past. I also was concerned about leaving my shoes and the locker key by the side of the machine as both had metal. The tech was sharpe and cold me the knew what could be in the room. She told me I had to go feet first, she told me they didn’t do that and was I sure it wasn’t a CT I had in the past. Tech was just horrible, so unkind and condescending. Don’t go here, they just don’t care! I walked out without my MRI. Now to find somewhere else that is willing to help and help me through this phobia I have! Horrible tech!
