- CGChantelle Graham5 days ago1.0Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the brunette front desk woman. She told me - with a lot of attitude - that my appointment wasn't until NEXT Thursday, but I showed her the text confirmation from Longhorn Imagine with today's date. She told me, "we couldn't even see you today anyway because we don't have the auth and we are booked." She disappeared, so I sat down and she came back and said nothing for a while. Then she looked over at me and asked me if I wrote my own order... I told her Dr. Shine wrote it and offered to call his office if she needed clarify, to which she replied, "no, we do this all the time. You know, we are an imaging center." Then proceeded to say I needed to come back next week anyway. I guess she doesn't know how to obtain an auth in real-time, accommodate a patient when the error was her office's, AND she has NO BUSINESS being in a customer-facing role.. so maybe she needs to find another field altogether where she finds more success.
