LensCrafters is my chosen place for eyewear and prescription services. Dale is the person that I’ve been dealing with during the last 3 or 4 years. She is knowledgeable and very helpful with the process. I appreciate the selection of eyewear offered by LensCrafters and the service at the Barton Creek location is hands down exceptional.

I bought a pair of Oakley’s from the Oakley store in Barton Creek Mall. One of the screws came out of the frame. I went to Oakley and they couldn’t help me. Really? Your product, your store. Maybe you should offer dry cleaning services. I decided to walk around the mall and saw Lens Crafters. I walked in not expecting much. I was greeted and welcomed by Eric and Grant. I explained the issue and they went to work. In a few minutes, and the glasses were fixed! I insisted on paying, but they wouldn’t hear of it. Customer service like this is non-existent. I know where I’m coming when I need new specs! Thanks LensCrafters for hiring these two. I will certainly spread the word.

Sarah and Dale (I hope I got her name right) were amazing. The only reason I ended up at LensCrafters was because of the help I received previously from Sarah and Dale. I had issues with glasses that I did not purchase from LC and they fixed them for me. My purchasing experience was even better. The whole staff was extremely helpful and genuinely enthusiastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for glasses.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
