Your product, your store. Maybe you should offer dry cleaning services. I decided to walk around the mall and saw Lens Crafters. I walked in not expecting much. I was greeted and welcomed by Eric and Grant. I explained the issue and they went to work. In a few minutes, and the glasses were fixed! I insisted on paying, but they wouldn’t hear of it. Customer service like this is non-existent. I know where I’m coming when I need new specs! Thanks LensCrafters for hiring these two. I will certainly spread the word.
