- BGBlanca GuerreroSep 5, 20251.0I was asked to pre-pay prior to pick up and was provided a code/barcode. Upon arrival, I noticed there were two lines—one for prepaid orders and one for regular pick up. I entered the prepaid line, but as soon as it was my turn, the staff member responsible for that lane walked away. This left me waiting while other customers were helped ahead of me. Eventually, another employee assisted me and explained that the prepaid line is intended to provide faster service. However, my experience was the opposite—I used the prepaid line as instructed and was skipped because the designated staff member left. This was frustrating and defeats the purpose of prepaying for faster service.
