  I believe this is the worst HEB that exists in Austin and the pharmacy in particular is horrible. I've never had more challenges with a pharmacy and if I call to ask about prescriptions I'm talked down to. This time I was told to "feel free to use another pharmacy." I am polite and usually addressing whatever make believe thing they are imposing with general concern and try to be as reasonable as I can be with whomever I speak with. It's very concerning to me that they make their own rules superceding even my own doctor, constantly seem to be under water when it comes to filling prescriptions and have horrible attitudes and always rush you off the phone or away from the counter. It's left a horrible taste in my mouth. And I think I will follow her advice and find another pharmacy. I advise anyone in the Austin area to avoid this pharmacy and store.

  Maddie at the registered was very rude. I gave her my DOB. Maddie told me it’s going to be 15 minutes. I told her the pharmacist had told me 15 minutes that’s why I came back she said WELL it’s going to be 15 minutes I just told them to get it ready. She told me to sit over there and wait 15 minutes. Then she called me by my last name and tells me to get at the end of the line that my order was ready. I was not too happy with her telling me to get at the end of the line, but I did not say anything. She looked at me and she said I’ll get you next. When I went to the register she has a tone of voice and tells me after she rings me up she asked for my date of birth, and I looked at her and she pointed at the at the thing points with an attitude to put in my date of birth. People like her can sour people. I was not feeling sick that day, but imagine if I was feeling sick and her treating me like that.That attitude is not acceptable.HEB MORGAN Pharmacy Harlingen Tx78550
