- MMmakeupyourmind82Nov 30, 20251.0Really awful. I normally use HEB pharmacies. I have been sick for 14 days now and am at my wit's end, desperate to be out of pain and misery. I called today an hour after they would've received my prescription confirming if they got it or not, as I didn't receive the usual text or phone call confirmation. The woman said yes we have it, you'll get a robocall when it's ready. Six hours later they are closed and never received anything. I'm betting it was the woman who yelled at the girl for pushing the button in the drive-thru. I will 100% not use this or any HEB pharmacy again. This is the only instance I've ever not had a prescription be ready in 1-2 hours after being received.

I understand we all have bad days and get stressed at work but that was ridiculously uncalled for. The attitude is gross tbh you’re an adult so please act like one!

- DDDanielle Van DorenNov 10, 20133.0There are four HEB's near our house. This is one is on the way home from work, but I go to a different one pretty often. The HEB itself is fair to good. But it's kind of a pain to get in & out of from the access road & the parking lot is always full. & last year they had a pretty bad cricket problem, which doesn't really put one in the mood to grocery shop.
