- LBLexi BentonDec 23, 20251.0They are refusing to refill a prescription I have gotten before because their system said I should have a little left but I don’t. My doctor sent the prescription in again when I told her this and they still refused to fill it without talking to my doctor verbally — leaving me unmedicated for now multiple days dealing with this. When I asked the pharmacy about getting an emergency dose of my (uncontrolled, non addictive, low dose, and medically necessary) medication I was still told they could not help me. I have never dealt with a pharmacy more difficult before. I will be switching pharmacies and filing a formal complaint after I resolve this issue.
