- MDmikayla delgadoNov 11, 20251.0gave me the wrong syringe size for my dogs insulin. i thankfully went to the vet right after who was the one who told me… she said if i would have given him his insulin with the needles the techs provided i could have overdosed him. Very sad to think if i didn’t go to the vet my dog could have potentially died because of the techs mistake. They did give me the correct syringe when i went back for free but of course that doesn’t take away the fact that the mistake could have been fatal. please triple check next time.

- APAmir PatelJan 14, 20191.0Poor customer service! Called to make sure they had received my prescription an hour after my appointment and they said they didn’t get it. Okay. Went to the pharmacy another hour later after confirming with the doctor that it was sent. System is down. Okay, you could have told me that on the phone. Call a few hours later at 5pm to see if the system was back up they said yes, and my meds will be ready by 6pm. Arrive at 6:10pm and they ask for my insurance card to update their system and ask me to loop back around while they enter it. Waited in line for an hour! I would’ve just left if they didn’t have my insurance card!! Completely unacceptable!
- SSStephanie SlannJul 10, 20182.0This pharmacy is great if 1) you're never in a hurry, 2) never have any issues, and 3) always know exactly what you're getting. They're very unhelpful if anything beyond your control arises, and they'll also switch your medications without notice. You'll show up to collect one generic, and they've run out and substituted it with another, no prior notice given. They won't tell you either; you have to catch it on the digital prompter before you sign. They clearly couldn't care less about their patients. But they are terribly convenient if you shop at HEB.
