- BCBlaccwidow Consulting4 days ago5.0Just want to say this weekends seafood boil was exquisite!! Very very delicious, not too salty it was just right, the shrimp, corn and crab legs. I always buy $200 worth every WEEKEND!! aside from the snide comments, and annoyed stares when I come from the female workers (sorry about buying up the crabs) other than that you all did a very good job. I wish I had that guy name (tall guy) he is always there cooking, extremely helpful, goes above and beyond for every customer as if he owned the place, when I find out his name he will get a personals review because he is awesome. I will be back next weekend so ladies get use to me😆

I received a text stating it was ready, but when I arrived, I was told it was on order with no estimated arrival time. When I asked if someone could check nearby pharmacies for availability, I was told they “didn’t have time.” That response was unacceptable. Patients picking up post-urgent care prescriptions deserve accurate information and basic assistance. This experience felt rushed and dismissive. Independent pharmacies consistently provide a higher level of care, communication, and accountability. This interaction was a clear reminder of the difference in service.

Know there in heb doing the same thing. Sorry some off us just won't to get in and out of the store and do some errands.

At first I thought it was just me, but when I went back another day I noticed she was rude with all the latino customers, sighing and being very short, or just looking annoyed with them and talking in an unpleasant tone. This was the exact opposite for the white people she had to help, with a smile and friendly service. It really was bizarre to see from a third person perspective.

She was prolonging my visit to the drive through and talked slightly with an energy of “please hurry and just pay” I know we all have bad days but if you need a breather before dealing with customers please do so. God Bless her!
