- YTYaima TrianaFeb 7, 20261.0When paying for my child’s medication, I used a $100 bill, which was the only cash I had. The employee assisting me appeared uncomfortable and later discussed the situation aloud with a coworker, stating that large bills should not be accepted. This conversation took place in front of me and other customers, which made me feel embarrassed and poorly treated. I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally and privately. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service going forward.

The pharmacy techs were very nice and I had both vaccines done in less than 15 minutes. Done and done! It does get busy during high traffic times, so I suggest getting there before the crowds.
- JWJohn WoodDec 13, 20252.0This should be an excellent Pharmacy. On occasion, I have received excellent service. It’s just too bad that too often the Service here is plain awful. Went to pick up a prescription for my wife who was suffering from a UTI. There was no one waiting in line the Pharmacy when I walked in. There were two women in the Pharmacy. One appeared to be a pharmacist the other appeared to be a tech. They were having a conversation. Not about Pharmacy. Not about medicines. About daily life. They saw me plainly standing at the counter waiting to get needed medicine for my wife who was home suffering. But, decided to continue their conversation and make me wait until I spoke up and said hello. I need help. The young girl who came over to help was anything but helpful. She had attitude. She was angry. And all I asked for was help. The only reason this is not a one star review is because I have had good experiences at this HEB pharmacy but this is ridiculous. It’s no wonder the reviews are so horrible.
