- WPWalter PophinOct 13, 20252.0I went to doc at 8:30 am and they called in prescription to HEB. At 7 pm i was told it was not a priority and would be done the next day. How do they know my schedule and what is a priority? I was asked to come back in 40 minutes which I did and they said the same exact thing to me. Really bad service. Why don’t they text people if they are going to unilaterally change when a prescription will be available?? Time to go back to CVS.
