- BBBritshoun BattsAug 17, 20251.0I left out of the drive thru today very disappointed. I pulled up and I pressed the button to alert the pharmacist I was there. The lady asked if I needed help? Like yes but she began to tell me how she’s the only person at the pharmacist and give her sometime which I really didn’t understand why she was telling me that because I was in no way trying to rush her. I just thought it was simple protocol to press the button when you arrive to let them know like hey I’m here. But she was very rude to me and I hadn’t said a word to her. I thought wow that’s really strange because I used to pick my medication up here all the time and no one has ever spoken to me like that before. The lady was stressed out and that had nothing to do with me. I don’t like to be mistreated and I will not stand for it. Also I noticed she spoke to all of the other customers with respect given they were all of a different race than I was. She was an Indian lady and management really needs to speak to her about her behavior when she’s handling customers.
