The technician was extremely rude, lacked basic manners, and was not helpful when I needed assistance helping to another pharmacy. I expect better customer service, especially in a healthcare setting where patients rely on kindness and professionalism. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have the same negative experience.”

Although It’s farther for me now I’m transferring back there. They are such a great team! Fast and efficient! The folks at the S Congress store are nice, but overwhelmed.

But when your cashier doesn't know about FSA and you leave any medicine getting paid with your FSA for last and even state that those items are getting paid with your FSA before she starts checking your items... Then you pay for the first part of your groceries, I'm digging my FSA card out, she assumes I having issues so she reaches over hits the button and it all goes on my regular card .. I tried to explain I was getting my FSA card out and she had no idea what I was referring to.. si I just had to leave. Managers training is needed... For all their employees...
