- AGAutumn GoldwaterFeb 2, 20261.0I have recently switched to the HEB pharmacy because I heard they were a bit quicker than Walmart. The first time I come to this location, I came through the drive-through wrong, it’s a little confusing because you’re supposed to come in through the back. Anyways, not being aware of this, I press the button to get assistance and nobody answers for over five minutes. I decided to drive out of the drive-through and walk up and try to get assistance myself standing in the drive-through.. The pharmacist finally answers and says you’re going through the wrong way in the drive-through, “that’s why we didn’t answer. “ with such an attitude..?? this is my first experience here and I obviously did know how to go to the drive-through correctly. I think that it’s a very odd that they didn’t immediately tell me hey, you’re in the drive-through wrong, they just ignored me till I backed out of it. She did ended off and say thank you for coming after being extremely rude to me, but I’ll give her props for that. Switching back to Walmart for sure.

- DDDMOct 17, 20255.0H-E-B pharmacies are always better than CVS or Walgreens in terms of customer service. Won’t go anywhere else for my medication. Pharmacy workers are always very kind and eager to help and it’s nice to easily reach the pharmacy without having to speak to a automated phone system
