- DDDMOct 17, 20255.0H-E-B pharmacies are always better than CVS or Walgreens in terms of customer service. Won’t go anywhere else for my medication. Pharmacy workers are always very kind and eager to help and it’s nice to easily reach the pharmacy without having to speak to a automated phone system

After weeks of back and forth I switched to a local pharmacy who was able to get to the bottom of why my prescription that had been under $30 was coming up as $500! HEB CHOSE to use a new savings card that did not cover my prescription instead of using my original savings card on file, all without informing me. When I asked about this, the lady I spoke with at HEB was incredibly rude over the phone, to the point of arguing with me. The pharmacists/techs are NOT always right! Due your due diligence and fight for what you know is right!!
