GNC aims to inspire people to live well. Whether someone is an athlete or just starting to focus on their health, we want to deliver the cutting-edge, efficacious ingredients and products they deserve.
Apparently the owner doesn’t accept online orders, and doesn’t honor the deals you get from ordering. If he doesnt make money he rejects all orders. This is actually bad business. Get your crap together. Sales associate just told me he rejected 3 online orders today already because the owner would lose money. What type of business operates like this? Vitamin shoppe here I come.

Terrible overall experience will never go to another GNC! Owner was working the front when I came in and did not greet me to start off. Then I proceeded to ask if they had any samples L carnitine or thermogenic products. The owner treated me someone who is very involved in the fitness industry like I didn’t know anything regarding supplements. Owner gave false information on supplements, trying to upsell me. I then looked on the counter and he had samples for exactly what I was looking for, and proceeded to tell me that he cannot give me a full sample Or he would go out of business. Then he proceeded to start an argument with me that is not how you do business!

Hate to do this but felt like someone should be aware- I went to run in to see if they had a specific protein powder. It was 30 minutes before the store closed and I saw the employee mopping…. I was just going to run in and then run out… when the employee saw me walking up, he turned around to not face toward the windows and started screaming and cursing VERY aggressively. I immediately turned around and did not enter the store out of fear… I understand people have bad days, but as a young women, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

This is my favorite and 'Go-To' GNC in the entire Austin area. There are many other GNCs but this one is mine :p. This GNC is a DAS Labs / Bucked Up Retailer and that's a big draw for Me as well as their plentiful selection given that size of the store and with that aggressive strain on the supply chain within the supplement industry at the moment! The location is great as well as it's near many Gyms in that area as well as close to Supermarkets and Restaurants which is another draw for Me to always shop at this GNC!
