I’m not sure why everyone’s reviews are so bad. I went this morning needing protein powder and having no idea what I was looking for. I chatted with the owner who was super friendly and knowledgeable and even let me try one so I could know if I liked it before I bought it. Very pleasant experience overall.

lol what a joke. 8:45a an employee in a white shirt (i think it’s the owner) sitting in the store, store opens @ 9a.
I’ve spent thousands of dollars with these folks over the past couple of years since moving to SV. We all know these business are nearing there end because of e-commerce.
Long story short, gentlemen sees me, looks at his watch and waives me off. Awful business practice. What do you get 15-20 customers a day? I was going to come in and spend about $400 on my stack per usual.
I will be shopping online or at a different supplement store moving forward.

Apparently the owner doesn’t accept online orders, and doesn’t honor the deals you get from ordering. If he doesnt make money he rejects all orders. This is actually bad business. Get your crap together. Sales associate just told me he rejected 3 online orders today already because the owner would lose money. What type of business operates like this? Vitamin shoppe here I come.
The employee at the sunset valley location is insanely rude and argues with customers about taking coupons.... it would be one thing if the coupon was expired or something but it wasn’t he literally said “we don’t take any coupons.... if you were a business owner you would understand”.... I will NEVER go to this location again.... such a joke

First experience with GNC today and super pleased they had the supplement I've been needing. The employee, (Cullen?) was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly to all the clientele. Overall a quick, easy shopping experience and I even learned a few tidbits of info.
