  Do not go to this GNC store. Bought something I didn’t end up needing and was told by the store associate, I am sorry I can’t give you a receipt because we ran out of paper. I said ok will there be an issue returning it. No. Haha what a joke. Went 2 other times to return before the 30 days and store was supposed to be open but it was locked. Which i can see in other reviews this is true. Then I go to return on the last day unfortunately, and the same girl who checked me out the first time denied knowing me or anything about the receipt, then she calls her manager, who directs her have me come back tomorrow now again during my lunch break. Then today the manager was so matter of fact it’s 31 days and I can only give you half back!?! After he specially told me the day before it would be fine & then he puts me on the phone with his boss telling me to calm down? If I didn’t make a fuss, I would have not gotten what was owed to me.

  Given the small footprint of the store, anything that makes the cut on these shelves has to be top notch. You can get in and out without much fuss, zero decision paralysis, and there's still an impressive range of protein powders/drinks and supplements to cover most needs. Best of all is the customer service. If you need help, Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and will know exactly what to suggest. He can even recommend the best flavors for each brand, and will go out of his way to get you the biggest discount possible. It's conveniently located next to a gym and has plenty of parking out front, so so if you’re looking for quality products, expert advice, and a hassle-free shopping experience, this spot checks all the boxes.

  Phone off. Door locked. No sign that they are away. 1pm. Travel the country and never ran into this issue at a Vitamin Shoppe.
