- NTNovin TayefehOct 27, 20251.0Bought an item and prior to purchasing I asked the attendant if these items were able to be returned if unused. The older gentleman, Bill, told me that I would be able to return them with a receipt but would have to come back to this location since it’s a franchise. I no longer needed the products and they were unopened, untouched, in the original packaging and came to return them (40 min drive) with a receipt and the manager explained to me that these items are unable to be returned and that it was company policy. He resorted to “Bill’s” age as to the reason why there was a misinformation in regards to both the statements: It needs to be returned at this store and that these products were refundable. I drove down the street to another location in central Austin and they solved the issue with no hesitation. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS AT A FRANCHISE STORE, they have additional rules that make things way more difficult. Jacob was very helpful however. Will not be retuning to this GNC

The manager, Juan, knows just what I need every time I come in and I am never disappointed! I highly recommend this place!
