During the most recent visit, while picking up my glasses, they needed adjusting and the employee began aggressively bending the frames with her hands. I thought they were going to break! When she handed them to me I chose to leave. I know the process for fitting glasses and what she chose to do was not it. She happened to be who assisted me when ordering days prior and was not pleasant about my questions at that time either. Customer service matters. We had our annual visit and the employee mentioned above was gone, the ladies present were wonderful.
