    Friday I went to get my GLASSES EVERYTHING WAS OK .THEN CAME BACK N THEY GAVE ME MY GLASSES & I COULDN'T SEE OUT OF THEM .THEY TOOK IT TO THE BACK & THEN THEY SAID .SOMETHING WENT WRONG I COULD COME BACK BEFORE CLOSING 7PM 11-7-25 MY DAUGHTER SAID TOMORROW I SAID WOW IVE COME HERE FOR 3 YEARS & NOTHING HAS GONE LIKE THIS .WELL THEY HAVE NEW WORKERS .SO CAME BACK SATURDAY. THE GIRL WENT & TOLD MY NEPHEW I WENT IN & STARTED TROUBLE & I HADNT EVEN SAID NOTHING TO THAT GIRL .FROM WHAT I HEARD HIPPA IS AN EMPLOYEE ISN'T SUPPOSED TO TALK ANYONE & ANYTHING TO ANYONE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT.SHE WENT CALLED, NEPHEW ALSO LIED THAT HIS SISTER WAS WITH ME & SHE WASN'T EVEN THERE SO MY NIECE, CALLED & WE STARTED ARGUING BECAUSE THAT WAS HIS ()

    Eyemart has been my go to for same day glasses since I moved to Austin almost 7 years ago. The employees are always kind and helpful, service is excellent, great frame styles and options, and glasses are always done within an hour with a great warranty. I always recommend them to anyone that is looking for glasses!

    We have gotten many pairs of glasses from them over the years: compressed lenses, for astigmatism, progressive lenses, etc. They were all wonderful. They are pretty handy in fixing frames as well.

    As a first-time customer here, I was not sure what to expect. What I got was top-notch service from staff, and good-quality, stylish glasses at about half the cost of what I would have paid anywhere else. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!
